I teach on your real work, so I see real information about your business. This page says what I collect, why, and what happens to it. Quebec's Law 25 applies here and I am the person responsible for the information.
What the website collects
- Page views. Counted with Umami, a privacy friendly analytics tool I run on my own server at stats.itsabdulbuilds.com. It records the page, roughly where in the world the visit came from, what referred you, and whether you pressed a payment button. It sets no cookie, stores no personal identifier, and does not follow you to other sites.
- Nothing else, by default. There is no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third party tracker on this site.
What you hand over when you buy or book
- Payment. Handled by the payment provider. They take your card details directly. I see that a payment succeeded, your name and your email, and never your card number.
- Booking. Your name, email and the slot you chose, held in the scheduling tool.
- Email. If you write to me or ask for something free, I keep the message and your address so I can answer.
What you hand over during training
To teach you on your own work, you send me things like sample emails, documents and a description of your week. I read them to prepare and to build your guides.
- They are kept only as long as your training and your written guides need them.
- They are never sold, shared, or used to train anything.
- Anything you tell me to keep out of an AI tool stays out.
- You can ask me to delete your material at any point and I will, and I will confirm when it is done.
Sessions and recordings
Sessions are sometimes recorded so I can write your guide accurately afterwards. I ask you first, every time, and you can say no without changing anything about the session. Nothing recorded is published anywhere unless you separately agree to it in writing, and the quotes on this site are published with permission and without names.
Who else touches your information
The payment provider, the scheduling tool, my email provider and my own server. Each sees only the part it needs. Some of them operate outside Quebec, which means your information may be processed elsewhere, and I pick providers that commit to protecting it.
Your rights
Under Quebec law you can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, and ask me to delete it. Write to itsbuildswithabdul@adekunes.tech and I will answer within thirty days, usually much sooner.
If you are not satisfied with how I handle it, you can complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Keeping it safe
Your material sits on encrypted devices and accounts protected with two factor authentication. I never ask for your passwords, and if you offer one I will tell you to change it.
