Short, and written so you can read it before you pay rather than after something goes wrong.
Who you are dealing with
The training is delivered personally by Abdul Quayum Adekunle, based in Montreal, Quebec. Invoices and receipts are issued by the registered company behind the practice, which is why the company name can appear on your payment record.
What is included
- Live hands-on sessions, delivered remotely over a screen share, on weekends.
- A review of the real work you send before we begin.
- A written guide after each session, produced for your business.
- The prompts and routines built during your sessions.
- A named list of tools worth their annual cost.
- Messaging access to me between sessions, answered within one business day.
Price and payment
The training is $1,200 CAD, paid once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payment is taken through a payment provider, and your card details never reach me.
Payment confirms your place and starts the scheduling. Any software subscriptions you decide to take are separate, bought by you, in your name.
Scheduling, rescheduling and missed sessions
Sessions are booked with you after payment, on weekends. Give me at least twenty four hours notice to move a session and we simply move it, at no cost, as often as life requires.
If you do not appear and have not told me, I hold the slot for thirty minutes and that session counts as delivered. I would rather you told me, and I have never refused a reschedule that was asked for.
Refunds
If you decide during or immediately after your first session that this is not right for you, tell me and I refund you in full. No argument and no form to fill in.
After the first session, the sessions already delivered are payable and anything not yet delivered is refunded. Your written guides and prompts remain yours either way.
What you own
The written guides, prompts and routines produced for you are yours to use, keep, change and reuse inside your business for as long as you like. Teaching material of mine that is reused with every client stays mine, and you are welcome to use it internally rather than resell it or run it as your own training.
What you are responsible for
- Your own accounts, devices and passwords. I never ask for a password and you should never send one.
- Checking any AI output before you rely on it. See the disclaimer.
- Your own legal and professional obligations when you put your work into third party tools.
- Lawful and honest use of everything I teach you.
Confidentiality
What I see of your business stays with me. I do not name clients publicly without asking, and the quotes on this site are published with permission and without names. If you want nothing of yours mentioned in any form, say so and that is the end of it.
Ending it
Either of us can stop. If I end it, I refund anything not yet delivered. If you end it, the refund position above applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada, and any dispute belongs to the courts of the district of Montreal. Your rights under Quebec consumer protection law stand regardless of anything written here.
