Terms

Short, and written so you can read it before you pay rather than after something goes wrong.

Who you are dealing with

The training is delivered personally by Abdul Quayum Adekunle, based in Montreal, Quebec. Invoices and receipts are issued by the registered company behind the practice, which is why the company name can appear on your payment record.

What is included

• Live hands-on sessions, delivered remotely over a screen share, on weekends.
• A review of the real work you send before we begin.
• A written guide after each session, produced for your business.
• The prompts and routines built during your sessions.
• A named list of tools worth their annual cost.
• Messaging access to me between sessions, answered within one business day.

Price and payment

One to one training starts at $1,500 CAD, set by how much we cover, and you know the exact number before you pay. Training as a pair costs $1,000 CAD each, a group of three costs $800 CAD each, and a circle of four or more costs $650 CAD each. Training is paid once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

One to one sessions are built around your work alone, with your own written guide after each session and times that suit you. Pair, trio and circle sessions work on what the group shares, with one written guide per session for the group and weekend slots I set.

Payment is taken through a payment provider, and your card details never reach me.

Payment confirms your place and starts the scheduling. Any software subscriptions you decide to take are separate, bought by you, in your name.

Scheduling, rescheduling and missed sessions

Sessions are booked with you after payment, on weekends. Give me at least twenty four hours notice to move a session and we simply move it, at no cost, as often as life requires.

If you do not appear and have not told me, I hold the slot for thirty minutes and that session counts as delivered. I would rather you told me, and I have never refused a reschedule that was asked for.

Refunds

Payments are final. Once you pay, there are no refunds, including if you stop partway or decide it is not for you. The only exception is where Quebec consumer protection law gives you a right to cancel, and then I follow the law.

Your written guides, prompts and routines remain yours either way.

What you own

The written guides, prompts and routines produced for you are yours to use, keep, change and reuse inside your business for as long as you like. Teaching material of mine that is reused with every client stays mine, and you are welcome to use it internally rather than resell it or run it as your own training.

What you are responsible for

• Your own accounts, devices and passwords. I never ask for a password and you should never send one.
• Checking any AI output before you rely on it. See the disclaimer.
• Your own legal and professional obligations when you put your work into third party tools.
• Lawful and honest use of everything I teach you.

Confidentiality

What I see of your business stays with me. I do not name clients publicly without asking, and the quotes on this site are published with permission and without names. If you want nothing of yours mentioned in any form, say so and that is the end of it.

Ending it

Either of us can stop. If I end it, I refund anything not yet delivered. If you end it, nothing is refunded, apart from what Quebec consumer protection law requires.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada, and any dispute belongs to the courts of the district of Montreal. Your rights under Quebec consumer protection law stand regardless of anything written here.
