When you are the whole business, every hour spent writing a summary is an hour nobody is paying for. That is the part worth handing over first, and it is also the part people hand over worst.
Where the hours actually go
Reading long documents to find the three lines that matter. Writing the same explanation to a different client for the fourth time this month. Turning an hour of notes into something a client can read. Chasing your own follow ups.
None of that is the work you trained for, and all of it is what these models handle well when they can see your files and your past wording.
What we set up
- Document work: pulling the terms, dates and numbers out of long files, with citations back to the page so you can check them.
- Client writing in your own register, which for most professions is more formal than the default and needs teaching once.
- Meeting notes into a client-ready summary, in the language that client reads.
- A named routine per recurring deliverable, so the monthly and quarterly things stop being rewritten from nothing.
The part about client files
You carry confidentiality obligations that a generic AI course never mentions. We draw the line explicitly in session one: which files the model may see, which never leave your machine, what the settings actually do, and how to work usefully inside that line rather than around it.
I would rather you use this on eighty percent of your work with confidence than on all of it with a knot in your stomach.
In French and in English
Half of the week here runs in French and half in English, and the same question asked in each language comes back differently. French answers tend to run warmer and shorter. English answers tend to run longer and more careful. I work in both, so part of what you learn is how to get one consistent voice out of the same model no matter which language you are working in that hour.
For a professional in Quebec this matters twice over, because the formal register your French clients expect is not the one a model defaults to.
What it costs
One payment of $1,200 CAD covers the training, and it is paid before we schedule the first weekend. There is no subscription, and nothing we build together stops working when I leave.
The ones people actually ask
I handle confidential client material. Is this safe?
That depends on the settings and on the line you draw, which is exactly what session one covers. You leave knowing what goes in, what stays out, and why.
Will this write in my professional register?
Yes, once it has seen enough of your own past writing. Teaching it your register is a step in the sessions rather than something you hope for.
Do you know my profession?
I will not pretend to. You bring the judgement and the standards of your field, and I teach you to drive the model against them on your own files.
Can I expense this?
Ask your accountant, since I am not one. It is professional training invoiced to you or to your business, whichever you prefer.
Start where you are
If your billable hours are being eaten by writing that repeats, this is the cheapest hour you will spend on it.
