AI training for small businesses in Montreal.

The writing in a small business repeats: quotes that differ by two lines, follow ups nobody has time for, a monthly note that changes only in its numbers. That repetition is exactly what a model is good at, once somebody sets it up around your actual work.

The week most owners describe to me

Quotes written twice, once in the van and once properly at night. A follow up that never goes out because the day ran long. A price list that lives in three places. Client emails in French that take twice as long as the English ones.

We take four of those jobs, the ones that come back every week, and we build them properly in front of you.

What we build in the sessions

  • The repeated writing: quotes, follow ups, invoices chasing, the monthly client note.
  • Your own documents loaded in, so answers come out in your prices and your wording.
  • A named routine per job, so your staff can run it without asking you how.
  • Voice input for the jobs you would rather talk through on the road.
  • A short list of what is worth paying for, and what to ignore.

Everything is built on your real files. Nothing here runs on a sample company.

What changes for your staff

A named routine can be handed to somebody else. That is the part owners underestimate. Once the job is written down and named, the person at the front desk runs it the same way you would, and you stop being the bottleneck for every piece of writing that leaves the business.

You keep the written guide, so a new hire can read it instead of shadowing you for a week.

In French and in English

Half of the week here runs in French and half in English, and the same question asked in each language comes back differently. French answers tend to run warmer and shorter. English answers tend to run longer and more careful. I work in both, so part of what you learn is how to get one consistent voice out of the same model no matter which language you are working in that hour.

Left alone, your French clients and your English clients slowly start hearing two different businesses. Setting that straight takes about twenty minutes once you know how.

What it costs

One payment of $1,200 CAD covers the training, and it is paid before we schedule the first weekend. There is no subscription, and nothing we build together stops working when I leave.

The ones people actually ask

Can my staff sit in?

Yes. The sessions are a screen share, so anyone on your team who will use this can be on the call.

What about client confidentiality?

Part of the setup is drawing the line out loud: what the model is allowed to see, what never goes in, and how to keep those apart in your folders.

We already pay for a few AI tools. Do we drop them?

We go through what you pay for and I tell you which ones earn their cost for your work. Dropping something is usually the cheapest improvement available.

How quickly does this pay for itself?

That depends on how much of your week is repeated writing, which is the first thing we measure in session one. I will not put a number on your business before I have seen it.

Start where you are

If your week has four jobs that repeat, they are worth building properly once.
