AI training in Montreal, on your own work.
You do not need another tool. You need to know how to drive the ones that already exist. I sit with you over a screen share and we work on your own files until you can do it without me.
Who this is for
Anyone in or around Montreal who uses a computer for a living and suspects they are getting about a tenth of what these models can do. You do not need a technical background. If you can use email, you can do this.
Four kinds of people sit down with me most often, and each has its own page:
- People with no real experience of AI, who tried it once and got a bland paragraph back.
- Small business owners with a few staff and a week full of repeated writing.
- Solo professionals who bill their own hours and want some of them back.
- Schools and small institutions, where the admin load falls on two or three people.
What actually happens in a session
You are at your own machine with your own work open. I watch, I correct, and you type. Nothing runs on a demo account and nothing gets shown on slides.
We cover five things in the order that they actually work:
- Which model to reach for, and when. You learn the differences instead of picking a brand.
- Prompting that returns work you can use, rather than a paragraph you have to rewrite.
- Projects, memory and your own context, so the model stops asking you the same things.
- Connectors to your mail, your files and your calendar, with a clear line around what stays out.
- Skills and routines you can call back by name, so a job you set up once runs the same way forever.
Sessions run on weekends, remote, over a screen share, because I work during the week. Between sessions you can write to me and I answer within one business day.
What you keep
A written guide produced after each session, built around your work rather than a generic handout. Your prompt set. The routines we build together. A short list of the tools worth paying for, with what each one is for and roughly what it costs.
The rule I hold myself to: if you cannot run it without me, I have not taught you anything.
In French and in English
Half of the week here runs in French and half in English, and the same question asked in each language comes back differently. French answers tend to run warmer and shorter. English answers tend to run longer and more careful. I work in both, so part of what you learn is how to get one consistent voice out of the same model no matter which language you are working in that hour.
Why me
I learned this by breaking free tools at one in the morning until they did real work, and Anthropic certified me in two of its programs along the way. Both certificates are verifiable, and they are linked on the home page.
I run my own work through the same system before anyone pays me for it. My notes, the client work, every invoice and all of my writing sit inside it, and a server in my name answers messages and runs jobs while I sleep.
What it costs
One payment of $1,200 CAD covers the training, and it is paid before we schedule the first weekend. There is no subscription, and nothing we build together stops working when I leave.
The ones people actually ask
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email you can do this. Every session is you driving on your own machine, with me watching and correcting.
Is this tied to one AI company?
No. You learn how these models behave, so the skill carries across Claude, ChatGPT and whatever replaces them. We use whichever one fits the job in front of you.
Where do the sessions happen?
Remote, over a screen share, on weekends. You stay at your own desk in Montreal, Laval, Longueuil or anywhere else, and we work on your real files.
What does it cost and when do I pay?
$1,200 CAD, once, paid before we schedule your first weekend. No subscription and no monthly fee to keep using what we build.
