In most small institutions the administration falls on two or three people who never signed up for it. Letters, forms, parent messages and reports nobody has time to write twice. That is the load this can take, and it does not require a budget or a new system.

Training a school usually means training whoever is at the desk, not whoever is most comfortable with computers. So the sessions run at the pace of the person who will use it daily, and the written guide is made for them, in their language, with screenshots of their own screen.
Staff who join later can read that guide instead of being taught again from the beginning.
The line around student information
Anything that identifies a child is treated as off limits by default, and we set the folders up so it stays that way. There is plenty of useful work in an institution that never touches a student record, and that is where we start.
If you have a policy already, bring it to session one and we build inside it. If you do not, you will leave with a plain one-page version you can hand to your board.
In French and in English
Half of the week here runs in French and half in English, and the same question asked in each language comes back differently. French answers tend to run warmer and shorter. English answers tend to run longer and more careful. I work in both, so part of what you learn is how to get one consistent voice out of the same model no matter which language you are working in that hour.
For a Montreal institution writing to families in both languages every week, this is usually the single biggest saving in the room.
What it costs
One payment of $1,200 CAD covers the training, and it is paid before we schedule the first weekend. There is no subscription, and nothing we build together stops working when I leave.

Can several staff join the sessions?
Yes. It is a screen share, so the people who will use it daily should all be on the call.
Do you work with religious schools and nonprofits?
Yes. Small institutions of every kind carry the same administrative load, and the training is the same work.
What about student privacy?
Anything identifying a student stays out by default. We set the folders and the habits up in the first session so that line holds without anyone having to remember it.
Can you invoice the institution?
Yes. The invoice goes to whichever name you tell me, and payment comes before the first weekend is scheduled.
